1. Promoter:
The promoter is Harrisdale Pty Ltd, trading as The Loan Company (ABN 59 088 462 140), 67 Walters Drive, Osborne Park, WA, Australia 6017.
2. Eligibility:
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of The Loan Company and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must follow @the_loancompany on Instagram on or before 30 June 2025. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person will be counted.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a $200 gift card of your choice from a national retailer (e.g. Coles, Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi, or similar). This card is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The winner will be selected at random and announced on the @the_loancompany Instagram page on 1 July 2025. The winner will be contacted via direct message.
7. Unclaimed Prize:
If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, a new winner will be redrawn and contacted the same way.
